I received my dmhgficexchange assignment today.

It's a pretty vague request which is both good & bad, but I'm very excited to get started!

Pulp are reforming for some gigs next summer.

Election fever is sweeping Britain. Well, it's sweeping the media. Apparently my friends don't care.

It makes me so frustrated that they won't vote. That they "can't be bothered". One friend is a primary school teacher - she's not voting because it won't really affect her. Oh really?!

It sort of makes me want to cry.

So I have never really seen How I Met Your Mother before this evening, but it turns out having just sat and watched seven episodes I am now obsessed.

I've started at the beginning of season four - I don't know how this compares to other seasons but I'm really enjoying it.
